Returns & Refunds Policy
At Proud Mary Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans, but we will gladly replace or refund any faulty hardware or merchandise.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged goods or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the packaging and product to help us expedite your claim.
- 3.Return Shipping
If returning hardware or apparel, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unused items back in their original packaging.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected or your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
